As Egg Crisis Persists, New Agriculture Secretary Outlines Plans to Lower Prices

The average price of eggs has now climbed to an all-time high of $4.95 a dozen. In some parts of the country, it's much higher. Trump's new Agriculture Secretary, Brooke Rollins, has announced a five-point plan to bring prices down.
