Liberty Counsel Sues Idaho Army National Guard Citing 'No Christians in Command' Policy

An Idaho Army National Guard infantry officer has filed a lawsuit suing the governor and two Army generals claiming they unlawfully removed him from command for expressing biblical beliefs on sexuality outside of the military environment.
