'The Church Is the Hope for the World': Chicago Pastor Spending 100 Days on Roof to End Violence in the City

The Chicago Police Department says 797 people were killed in the city last year. That is 25 more people than in 2020 and 299 more than 2019. To change the narrative, Pastor Corey Brooks is camping out atop a building in Chicago's southside in the middle of winter. His goal is to create a state of the art community center where kids can learn, play, and thrive.
