California Assemblyman Drops So-Called 'Gay Conversion Therapy Ban' Bill

California's controversial AB 2943, which would have made it illegal to sell any service intended to change an individual's sexuality or gender identity, has been withdrawn by the author, Assemblymember Evan Low.
